Steve Lovelace, CEO and Founder, has been associated with the network marketing industry since 1991, ten years of which were directly related to support and assistance to Network Marketers. His extensive experience was developed over the course of 10 years, while working with thousands of network marketers. That experience became the impetus for the development of e-World Book Store. Steve is a retired U.S. Army officer having served from 1969 to 1991, and spent 9 years within the enlisted ranks and 12 years as an officer in Field Artillery, the Adjutant General Corp and several years within the US Army Recruiting Command. He has owned two traditional businesses, one of them being a multi million dollar business that was sold for family health reasons.

Steve earned his B.A. degree in Psychology with a minor in Marketing from Columbia College. He also completed some Masters level studies at the University of Southern California (USC).

Kendall (Beth) Buxton, Office Manager/Customer Support, was an honors graduate from California State University Fresno, where she completed her B.A. degree in Education with a minor in Psychology. Prior to accepting this position she owned and operated a private tutoring business. The success of her company was such that she had a continuous waiting list of new clients.

Beth was the office manager for a million dollar manufacturing facility for three years until she was promoted to general manager. Her interpersonal skills, as well as her business and managerial skills created an environment of extraordinary customer support to thousands of local businesses, which was a primary reason for the tremendous success of the business. Her leadership skills were responsible for creating an environment of efficiency that was exceptional, and she earned the admiration and loyalty of the staff that she supervised.

Tom Fragale, National Training Director, As a Network Marketer, he has built large teams in three different major companies. He was the exclusive Philadelphia area trainer for one of those companies from 1998-2003, where he was responsible for conducting weekly, monthly, and quarterly trainings and meetings. He loves working with people to help get the most from themselves, and to see them succeed. Tom loves training, being an entrepreneur, and Network Marketing.

He has a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, PA. He has owned and operated a very successful computer consulting company since 1994. For the past 7 years he has been teaching thousands of corporate professionals around the US how to get the most out of the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access. He programs custom software solutions as well.

Amit Lamba, IT Department, has a solid technical and professional background in the Information Technology field and has a bold vision for the operations of the company. He is working as a consultant and independent contractor.

He has earned a B.Sc. degree in Engineering and Communications, a Masters of Science in Computer Engineering, and is currently completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at California State University Fresno (CSUF). His research work has been selected for the labor management online meeting system for the City of Fresno. His Professor has identified him as the brightest student in her history of teaching at CSUF. He possesses working knowledge of 7 programming languages, 8 web technologies, and 5 database management softwares.

Fred McNeil, IT Department, is a highly experienced web developer and programmer who has worked as lead web developer/programmer for several Network Marketing organizations. He is esteemed by his colleagues for his meticulous manner in web development and programming and his ability to communicate skills to others. He is an extraordinary team player that will do whatever is needed to create a beautiful and functional web product.

He has a B.S. degree in Computer Science and in Business Administration and graduated with distinction from ITI for Applied Information Technology.
